Why Onelab
A reliable laboratory throughout Finland
A surveyor visit to Tornio is not realistic
Tornio lies about 740 kilometres from the Helsinki metropolitan area, and the AsbestiPro surveyor does not tour Lapland. Ordering a visit from the south would be unreasonably expensive relative to a single material. A sample sent by post gives the same laboratory certainty without a visit and without travel costs.
Sample or survey
If the structure to be demolished is known, a sample is enough. A large demolition project or an industrial property calls for a survey by a local specialist. The sample result guides whether a wider investigation is needed at all.
